Mahila Shakti Bikash Kendra Nepal has accumulated experience of working with young women from rural Nepal.

These youth (women) were provided diffrent trainings on leadership. They were also oriented about cooperative practices, radio program production and performing forum theatre. "ALTERNATIVE TO VIOLENCE" workshop was also done with these youth. 8 of these youth currently work for MSBKN for producing its radio program "MAHILA AWAAZ".
